1. Processing Time

Each item is handmade especially for you.

  • Processing time for made-to-order or custom items is typically 5-7 business days

  • Pre-made orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days

  • Processing time begins after payment is received

  • Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Custom Orders

For custom or personalised items:

  • Production begins once all custom details are confirmed

  • Changes may not be possible once production has started

  • Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the order

If we need additional information from you, this may delay processing.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Ireland

  • UK/ Poland 

If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before ordering.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are:

  • Calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping on orders over  €120

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates after dispatch:

  • Ireland: 1-2 business days

  • UK: 3-5 business days

  • Poland: 4-7 business days

Please note: delivery times do not include made-to-order processing time and may vary due to postal delays or peak periods.

For orders shipped outside Ireland:

  • Customs duties or import taxes may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

7. Delays

Because items are handmade:

  • Occasional delays may occur due to material availability or high demand

  • We will contact you if your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Additional shipping costs for resending items
